I am an attorney licensed to practice in the Minnesota state and federal courts. A 2006 graduate of New York University School of Law, I moved to Minnesota in 2007 and was admitted to the bar that year. Areas in which I have experience include:
- Employee-side labor and employment law
- Professional licensure defense
- State administrative agency investigations
- Minnesota Government Data Practices Act complaints
- Campaign finance and fair campaign practices
- Nonprofit organization formation and maintenance
- Estate planning (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney)
In addition, I have spent a large part of my career outside, but adjacent to, the practice of law at a business that provided marketing services to lawyers and law firms. I also currently serve on the Minneapolis Charter Commission and previously served on the board of a Twin Cities arts nonprofit. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the issues encountered by people and organizations that need legal services.
I am currently accepting new clients as a solo practitioner. I’m running a low-overhead practice — no office, few bells and whistles. I’m happy to meet with you by phone, by video chat, or in a public place to discuss whether I can help you with your legal issue. Fill out my contact form to get in touch.
